Roxanne Musselman is a principal partner in Next Solutions and has been President of Musselman & Assoc., Inc. since 1988, a training and consulting company for new home builders.

In 2001, she joined Doug Wilson and Jack Robinson in Next Solutions, Inc. to implement complete business plans for new home builders. She reviewed and analyzed market research from over 24 major markets in the United States. She published two industry handbooks, Lifestyles Sales Training Booklet, and Realtor Partnership Handbook and has been a guest speaker for the National Association of Homebuilders.

She lives in Highland, Utah and is married to Dan L. Musselman her husband of 24 years. They have three children, Mari-Michelle, Malori, and Billy, 21, 17, and 14. Dan & Roxanne enjoy the beach with their children and spend as much time as possible in the Cayman Islands.
